1. Are your products certified Ayurvedic?
Yes, we have certificates from Ayush Ministry for all our products therefore we have “Safe Proprietary Medicine” written on all our product labels.
2. Are your products safe to use for children under 5 years?
Yes, as we say that we made a solution for the entire family and not individual products for every age & gender. We understand Indian family system and limitations of buying multiple and customised products for hair care.
3. What are the usage instructions?
For Cleanser (Shampoo) - STEP 1 - Apply shampoo to wet hair STEP 2 - Gently massage from scalp to ends STEP 3 - Rinse with water. Repeat if desired. For Herbal Oil - STEP 1 - Take 5-15ml of oil (depending on hair length) and apply all over the scalp STEP 2 - Gently massage for 10-15 minutes STEP 3 - Leave on for at least one hour before washing with HairVeda Cleanser. For Conditioner - STEP 1 - Take 3-5 ml of conditioner and apply it evenly on the ends of your hair. For long hair, apply it from chin level and down. Don't apply conditioner to your scalp. STEP 2 - Leave it for 2- 5 minutes STEP 3 - Rinse with water
4. Can it be used on chemically treated & colored hair?
Yes, it can be used on colored hair. It can also be used on hair that is flat-ironed, curled or blow-dried. HairVeda products are 100% natural and ayurvedic therefore are incredibly gentle on your scalp and hair.
5. What is the shelf-life of the product?
Each bottle label has its expiry date given. If storage guidelines are followed then life is up to 2 years from the date of manufacturing.
6. When should I expect to see results from your products?
We recommend using our products regularly for minimum 1 to 2 months in order to see the luminous benefits of Ayurvedic, all-natural hair care. Although we recommend 1 to 2 months, you most certainly may see and feel the benefits upon first use.
7. How much hair fall is normal?
According to hair experts around the world, it’s normal to lose anywhere from 50 to 100 strands of hair per day. It also tends to fluctuate according to changes in your lifestyle, diet, weather and other external & internal factors.
8. Will your product reduce my hair fall?
Yes, it will and over 90% of our customers see the results from the first wash itself. This is because HairVeda products are made by 100% ayurvedic formulation with superior quality ingredients.
9. Will your product increase the volume of my hair?
Our superior quality ingredients nourish hair roots and scalp which improves overall hair condition and heals your problem from within. It also helps in reducing hair breakage, help damage.
10. Does it prevent greying of hair?
Our herbal hair oil’s key ingredient is sesame oil which helps in preventing premature greying. However, our products cannot turn back your grey hair black.
11. Does it work on baldness/alopecia?
Our product has herbs that are known to treat alopecia induced baldness. However, the herbs will only work on the follicles that are still alive on the scalp bed.
12. How do I make changes to my order?
You can’t modify the order once it has been placed. We suggest you cancel the order and place a new order with your desired changes.
13. I forgot my password, what can I do?
If you have forgotten your password, you can request your password to be sent to the email address you have previously registered with us by clicking the Forgot Password link. You will be taken to a page where you can enter your email address and a temporary password will be sent to you. We strongly recommend that you change this at your earliest convenience.
14. How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email on email@example.com. You can also call us at +91 7011120463 (Timings: 10:00 am-6 pm IST), within 24 hours of placing the order.
15. How will I get a refund for my cancelled orders and how long will this process take?
Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy to understand if your order qualifies for a return. For pre-paid orders that have not yet been shipped, your order will be cancelled within 24 hours of your request and reflect as per your bank guidelines, which is usually within 10 business days. For all orders that have been delivered, we do not entertain return requests unless the order qualifies, as per our Returns and Refunds Policy.
